My Second & Only

Forgive me for having a selfish moment before. I’m not use to facing hardships head on; let alone embracing them. I thought my decision would be the best for us but in reality it was my attempt of seeing/testing if God’s promise was real. I was naive & mistaken to gamble with Him; thinking if I paused us until later in the future, we can defrost & I’d still get my second chance and my way with things. Obviously that was an EPIC FAIL. I thank Him for reminding me of The Promise & revealing WHOM would be affected the most. We can’t even fathom what God has prepared for us. This is a first for me & hopefully (depending on your decision) you will be my last. I know this is only the beginning & I know deep down somethings missing. You keep searching but never completely find it. I’m here. Seek Him first & He’ll lead you to me. Until then, I’ll be faithful & work on my devotion & patience. I can be your second & only & I’ll be here as long as you let me.
